"When I first started this course I wasn't unhappy but wasn't really in a positive mindset. I struggled with a lot of anxiety and didn't really have a proper structure to my days.
The first module of the course helped me to realize that some situations weren't all my fault in the past however, I also knew to take some responsibility.
It even helped me reach out to an old friend and reconcile. It made me feel like a part of me came back because I tried so hard to fight to keep my past away and to focus on my future but I realized my past can be positive for the future too.
The second, third and fourth module helped guide me to understand how precious time is and how I needed to find things to keep myself occupied. In the past I wouldn't plan and I would waste my hours but now I can plan out to ensure I can enjoy my hours with different hobbies.
The last two modules have really helped to keep calm in stressful situations and not overwhelm myself with negative feelings or thoughts if things don't go to plan.
All the action plans were easy to understand and follow. The videos were a nice personal touch and it was handy to be able to back and rewatch.
The course was easy to come back too and to revise if necessary and it was uplifting, encouraging, funny, touching and overall inspiring".
